POLICIES AT MILAM CUSTOM DESIGNS

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Turnaround time: The amount of time from the date you place your order until the date you will receive tracking info or a pick-up notification.  All notifications are sent via email.

All apparel is made to order.  This means your apparel is made after you place your order.   Some products take longer to make than others.  Please read the following to see when your orders should ship.

Turn Around Times are as follows: â€‹

  • Regular orders:  This includes all toddler, youth, and adult printed tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies with designs that are listed on the website, designs that do not include any sort of personalization, customization, or alterations.  Regular orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks from the date you place your order.

  • Customs: This includes orders for any items with customized designs or designs we do not have listed on our website.  Customs will be shipped within 3-4 weeks from the date you place your order.  This is due to the time it takes for us to create the perfect design for you.

  • Embroidery:  This includes ALL embroidered apparrel.  Embroidery takes longer to be made than any of the other types of apparel I offer.  Embroidered items will be shipped within 3-6 weeks from the date you place your order.

  • Will it always take the max turn around time? NO!  We often ship orders within one week.  However, we ask for the specified turn-around times above in case of unexpected events such as illnesses as we do not have employees who can fill in when one of us is ill or have to tend to our sick children.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is ready to ship.  ​​Please check your emails before reaching out.  

  • Please do not contact us with questions about shipping unless the specified time frame has expired and you have not received tracking info. 

  • Once packages leave our office, they are no longer in our control so if there are any issues you will need to contact USPS.

  • Please note:  if you order items from multiple categories, your entire order will ship together once everything is ready unless prior arrangements have been made.  Items will not ship separately unless you paid for extra shipping.  For example, if you order a regular tee along with an embroidered sweatshirt, your items will ship within 3-6 weeks which is the longest of the two categories you ordered from.  We understand turnarounds can be confusing so if you have any questions please ask before ordering.   

  • Remember, shipping is FREE for orders over $50.

RETURNS

The Small Print

If you have an issue with your order (wrong or missing items or incorrect sizes) please reach out to us via email and we will discuss a solution. 

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  Returns and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. 

Please keep in mind that all our items are hand made and each one will vary at least slightly. 

No two will ever be exactly the same.

Your Data is Secure

Your privacy is important to us!  We do not share any of your personal information.  Your account information is used solely for Milam Custom Designs to create and deliver your items.
